Is there a single export file with all data?

All the export data is spread across 3 wide export files and 3 narrow export files. The content in the narrow exports overlap the wide exports, but also contains additional fields.

Examiners can choose which files to export, and they may choose to merge files post-export. However, there  is no way to export a single file with all data (e.g,. registration, assessment scores, and item-level scores together). Previous feedback has indicated higher value on separating PHI from data, over a combined data file.
