You can export data that was collected during an active subscription—even after a subscription has ended or if the subscription was removed from that device. The data will remain in the NIH Toolbox app until the app is uninstalled. If you uninstall the NIH Toolbox app, your data will be lost.
Please be aware that the app is updated periodically to fix certain issues and to keep the app up to date with Apple’s iOS. If the NIH Toolbox V3 app and the iPad’s iOS are not updated regularly, you may experience issues with the app, including issues with exporting data.
Please note that internet connection is required to export via email, iCloud, or URL.
