What iOS versions are supported?
We support a minimum of two major iOS versions at any given time.

How are dot (minor) releases handled (e.g., iOS 18.2 vs. 18.3)?
For each supported major iOS version (for example, iOS 18 and iOS 19), we actively support only the most recent dot release. This allows us to ensure stability, security, and consistent performance across supported platforms.

What happens if an issue occurs on an older dot release?
We do not ignore issues reported on older dot releases. Our team will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot reported problems; however, our ability to replicate issues across all older releases may be limited. In rare cases, users may be asked to upgrade to the latest supported dot release if that is the most effective way to resolve an issue.

What hardware is supported?
We actively support iOS devices up to five years old. This policy reflects typical grant-funded purchasing cycles, where devices may be acquired once and used for multiple years.

As a result, we support the highest iOS version that the oldest supported hardware can reliably run.
How does this affect App Store availability?
The App Store minimum requirement (“floor”) is set to the lowest iOS version we support. This prevents users from downloading new app versions on iOS releases that are no longer supported, helping avoid compatibility and stability issues.
