The NIH Toolbox V2 app can no longer be renewed due to a price increase that occurred in August 2024. To continue using the NIH Toolbox V2 app, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
Please follow these steps to purchase a new subscription:
- Check Your Device:
- Ensure your iOS is 18 or higher.
- Verify that your app version is 1.28.7279 or higher.
- Purchase a New Subscription:
- Go to Settings > Subscription Status.
- Click on the "i" icon (circled).
- Select Subscribe (not "Restore Subscription").
- Then follow Apple’s prompts to purchase the subscription.
