The NIH Toolbox App subscription cannot be transferred from one Apple ID to another. If you need to use another Apple ID, kindly export all stored data from your device(s), cancel the active subscription, and purchase a new subscription with the new Apple ID. Before deleting the NIH Toolbox app, it is critical to ensure all stored data is exported. Once the app is deleted from the device, any data that has not been exported cannot be recovered or restored. Additionally, before canceling your subscription, you may want to contact Apple as they manage subscriptions.
Custom batteries, participants, assessments, settings, and a Cognition access code cannot be transferred across devices. These would need to be recreated/reentered in the new instance of the NIH Toolbox app.
