How do I merge NIH Toolbox V2 and V3 datasets or compare data between V2 and V3?

The Score Reports and the exports have been updated in NIH Toolbox V3, which means there is no straightforward way to merge datasets or compare data. The export formats are different and merging V2 and V3 datasets would incorrectly imply that all variables are the same across the two versions.
