I recently bought NIH Toolbox V2 and just learned about V3. How can I get a refund?

Since NIH Toolbox subscriptions are purchased through Apple, we are unfortunately unable to refund or transfer subscriptions from V2 to V3. You can, however, contact Apple for a refund. NIH Toolbox V2 will remain available until June 2028. We recommend turning off the auto-renew option in the NIH Toolbox V2 app and purchasing a subscription to the NIH Toolbox V3 app when it is convenient for you.
