I have X months remaining on my V2 subscription. Can I transfer that subscription over to the V3 app?

Since NIH Toolbox subscriptions are purchased through Apple, we are unfortunately unable to refund or transfer subscriptions from V2 to V3. You can, however, contact Apple for a refund. V2 will remain available until summer 2028. We recommend turning off the auto-renew option in the NIH Toolbox V2 app and purchasing a subscription to the NIH Toolbox V3 app when it is convenient for you.
